Responsibilities: The Director of Compliance Implementation develops and manages assigned elements of the AccentCare Compliance Program, including the Regulatory Change Management function.

Participates in the development of meaningful reporting to various audiences, including senior leadership.

Leads and mentors team members to support ongoing enhancement of the Compliance Program.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project schedules, anticipate problems that may impede progress, and manage appropriate follow-up communicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and lead discussions on regulatory requirements and compliance issuesStrong group facilitation and presentation skillsFlexible, motivated by challenges; creativeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing/changing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal/listening skillsAbility to interact and create a collaborative working environment amongst and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Travel: up to 15% of time Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Minimum 10 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in health care compliance or related fieldA track record of successfully leading or actively contributing to the development and execution of effective plans to achieve compliance with federal and state laws and regulationsKnowledge of continuous improvement, change managementExperience managing direct reports preferredBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in health care, health care administration, law, or related field preferred
