A&C Urgent Care
We are looking for a detailed, organized Director of Marketing with a background in occupational medicine or urgent care setting.
The main focus will be to grow the patient counts per day, increase the number of local businesses utilizing our services (both occupational medicine & urgent care), and brand A&C Urgent Care to the consumer through marketing and sales events.
Digital Marketing skills are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Increase the total number of patients per day.
Web Marketing
Create and monitor all PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Yelp!, and Social Media
SEO knowledge is a PLUS!
Create and maintain a healthy social media presence and campaigns.
Monitor and manage Yelp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Neighbourhood, etc.
Develop strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services in the local area
Develop definitions of target markets, business opportunities, and customers through data mining, research, and experience
Represent the company through calling on local businesses, medical practices, presentations, or industry events and assume full accountability for the ongoing management of these opportunities
Develop and manage the departmental budget
Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with all departments, center, and corporate employees, and franchisees.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Onboarding of B2B Clients and continued Account Management

Assist medical team as a liaison between client and medical group
Provide insight to operations on marketing opportunities to help capitalize and elevate business
Manage Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant education.
Social Media savvy.
Content Development, posting, and management of all social media.
Successful experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to conduct face-to-face sales appointments, cold and warm calling, including but not limited to direct-to-consumer, business, and physicians.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Creatively and cooperatively work in a fast-growing franchise organization.
Possess the skills to be independent, motivated, and results-driven on establishing a new business, following through with communication with all accounts and being held accountable for the growth in business
