Group Sales Director IT

Airswift is seeking applicants for the role of Group Sales Director IT to join the team.

Summary Diversification into the IT sector is a pivotal step in the next cycle of Airswifts growth and as such, a need has arisen for a someone to lead our global strategy, sales and delivery capacity, as we look to penetrate and establish Airswift as a key player in this vast and highly competitive landscape.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer this is an instrumental role that will determine strategy and set the pace with the development of Enterprise Accounts.

This role will develop and oversee the global strategic plan for IT.

The role will also have a tactical sales element and the individual will be responsible for developing some banner clients/key accounts that can be developed globally.

Therefore, this individual should be able to strategize globally, achieve through influence and demonstrate strong personal selling to set respect amongst the global teams and establish Airswift in the IT market.

Key Accountabilities Contribute to brand development strategy and activities, establishing Airswift as a trusted partner in the IT workforce solutions market.

Lead the development of the strategic plan for IT.

Including formalising and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on IT trends, opportunities and outlook, key markets and competitive positioning.

Execute the strategy by partnering with Ops Board, Peers and the SLT to ensure that the strategic direction and tactical plan is communicated and easily understood and delivered against to achieve results.

Ensuring IT sales projects reflect and align with group strategic priorities.

Ensure the appropriate metrics and dashboards are establishing to measure performance and track IT revenue growth and individual contributions.

Acts as a key advisor to the CRO on changes in the IT competitive landscape and external business environment adopting a forward-thinking approach about opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with regional teams and leaders to ensure a joined up, aligned approach to revenue generation and maximising opportunities in the group.

Responsible for the Groups IT division P&L and revenue growth Ultimate responsibility for client and candidate satisfaction levels Develop Global IT accounts to establish Airswift in this market.

Person Specification Experienced leader with 10 years of proven experience developing, communicating, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Proven experience of building teams and business units that exceed financial performance targets The ability to demonstrate strong sales leadership to motivate and lead a diverse team of sales and recruitment professionals In-depth understanding of talent acquisition and a track record of collaborating successfully across multiple departments and regions.

A proven track record of establishing new ventures/start ups and ability to evolve and develop new strategies and plans.

Extensive experience working across multiple regions and different jurisdictions and markets.

Strong executive presence, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage and lead through influence in a global multi-cultural environment with a matrixed reporting structure.

Excels in a complex, fast paced and ever-changing environment, comfortable changing directions and adopting a hands-on leadership style.
