Job Role Summary

The Inventory Manager assists the Director of Supply Chain in overseeing and maintaining the warehouse supply of products. Overall job duties include keeping track of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized, and assisting in the unloading and processing deliveries.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced.

• Ensures inventory is accurately recorded and track in our system

• Compiles inventory information such as consumption rate, characteristics, value, and stock on hand to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.

• Monitors inventory levels to determine level of safety stock

• Researches and troubleshoots inventory problems electronically

• Creates new procedures to become more efficient

• Able to respond to business changes

• Review and audit inventory reports and transactions

• Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes

• Work with warehouse team to perform cycle counts

• Find ways to reduce costs and optimize control procedures

Provides input of areas of opportunity to management
Qualifications * Minimum high school diploma

• Experience managing other employees
• Able to lift up to 40+lbs
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work, and report to work as scheduled
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Have working knowledge of warehouse management software systems
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Maintain inventory list accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
