nn nnThis is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America’s leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.nn nnManages activities within the Enterprise Benefits Administration (EBA) support area which are cross-functional, highly complex and/or require support of large Plan of Record (POR) investment portfolios.nn nnPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:nn nnExecutes processes in complex areas to deliver quality services and interfaces with sales and external clients.nn nnAdvocates and promotes EBA with operational leaders and other partners across the enterprise and helps resolve complex issues by driving the right solutions and engaging the appropriate people to reduce risk for the business.nn nnManages large scale projects such as migrations of systems and introduces large business changes such as transparency tools or items that have an enterprise wide impact.nn nnProvides change leadership in support of rollout of new and/or improved benefit support and/or quality processes.nn nnDeploys appropriate quality controls and procedures and/or ensures alignment of process with corporate or EBA deployed standards/guidelines.nn nnImplements policies, practices, standards and procedures of EBA organization.nn nnContinually improves the services provided to the enterprise.nn nnHires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

nn nnQualifications nn nnRequires a BA/BS in related field, 5+ years experience as a manager and/or managing large scale projects in a complex business and systems environment with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end healthcare domain knowledge from sales through reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Master’s degree preferred.
