Office Manager

Dermatology Management Llc

This is a Contract position in Anaheim, CA posted January 25, 2022.

Proudly serving the communities of California for over years, a West Dermatology is looking for a Office Manager to join our team. This role will oversee both offices in Anaheim Hills, CA and Huntington Beach, CA.

Successful candidates will administer and oversee daily clinic operations for the clinic relative to both personnel and processes to ensure the organization’s goals regarding clinical quality, compliance, patient and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and growth expectations are consistently met and, when possible, exceeded.

The chosen candidate would have the following skills:

  • Administrative, organizational, and technical knowledge of both front and back office policies and procedures.
  • Patient care, creating a positive environment, and embrace the role of serving our patients.
  • Staff management, ensuring all employees have the training, direction and resources to do their jobs effectively in a fair, equitable, and professional manner in accordance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the performance of the clinics.
  • Report important information to the area practice manager and other members of senior management when needed.
  • Develop processes to address both internal and external questions, concerns, and complaints.
  • Ensure HIPPA and employment information confidentiality is maintained relative to both patient and employee information.
  • Operating with a service mentality in support of the clinic’s patients, employees, and providers.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in a managerial role in the medical field
  • Demonstrated prior leadership, management, and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • High School Diploma or GED, BA or BS preferred
