$1500 Sign on Bonus(Must have previous experience in an IRA setting to receive bonus)AccessCNY is seeking an Program Manager for our Residential Program in the Syracuse areaAssistant Manager duties and responsibilities:Supervise Assistant Manager and DSPsMonitors completion of paperwork and assignmentsOversees the day to day operations of the IRA.Provide ongoing direction, training, support and performance evaluation for assignedShares on-call responsibilities with Assistant ManagerCompletes and monitors completion of staff assignments and change of shiftMonitor expenses for the certified residential site assigned and ensure expenses stay within budgetEnsure that all required documentation is completed with required elements and maintained per Agency procedures; including service notes, monthly notes, habilitation plans, MARs, billing etc.Supporting participants with decision making and advocacy skillsHelping plan client appointments and organize a scheduleEncouraging client engagement in social networks and communitiesWork collaboratively with participants, families, program staff, co-workers and supervisorProgram Manager skills and qualifications:Attention to detail, especially when adhering to specific protocols and rules while carefully following instructions to care for the needs of the clientIntegrity to ensure clients feel safe and comfortable when tending to personal activities such as helping them batheTrustworthiness and dependability so clients and their families feel comfortable relying on themInterpersonal skills when working with clients, including having compassion and being sensitive to their emotional needs when they are in extreme distress or painPhysical stamina when performing tasks such as lifting or turning their clientsMust be at least 18 years oldMust have a valid New York State driver’s licenseAssociates Degree in Human Service field and 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities or High School Diploma/GED and 2 year of experience with working with people with disabilities is requiredSupervisory experience preferredAccessCNY offers a competitive benefits packageEmployee Referral ProgramPaid Time Off (PTO) Accrual Starts Day 1Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance401k retirement program with employer matchPaid TrainingHP21Equal Opportunity EmployerPI157844734
