Scenic Event Project Manager

Orange County based event production company is seeking individuals experienced in Scenic Event Project Management to join our team. Applicants should:

• Have experience interfacing with clients in person, via email, and other forms of communication.
• Have extensive practical knowledge in Scenic production or a related discipline.
• Have experience in or ability to learn drafting software (Vectorworks, Autocad, Solidworks, Inventor, or Fusion 360)
• Have experience creating quotes and other pricing estimates for client needs.
• Possess strong leadership skills with an ability to lead a team of carpenters effectively.
• Possess general paperwork and organizational skills with an ability to learn company inventory management software.
• Have a flexible schedule with an ability to work long hours.
• Be willing to respond to clients in a timely manner even if not in the office.

We provide production services for over 300 events each year on a local, national, and international level. As a full service production company we integrate and utilize our skills in 5 production disciplines; scenic, staging, audio, video, and lighting, to provide a seamless and well executed production experience in all that we do. Our production capabilities are well known throughout the industry, providing for events such as the Grammy Awards, WIF awards, E3 convention, Comic Con, the Espy Awards and hundreds of other events; large and small.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
