Senior Digital Advertising Manager (Paid Search / Google PPC)

Who We Are Recruiting We are actively recruiting for an Advertising Technology Manager that has advertising systems and operations knowledge.

We intend to fill this role immediately.

These are full-time, remote positions with access to company-subsidized health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and certifications.

The ideal candidate: Has advanced experience with Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $100k per account.

Has experience running teams in an Ad Agency environment or similar startup.

Has experience planning new digital ad campaigns through programs such as Google Keyword Planner, Facebook Audiences, and their own market research.

Has experience using digital workflow/analytics programs such as Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, CallRail, or similar tools.

Has experience working in organized project environments, with tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Unbounce, Airtable, and/or Slack (or similar platforms).

Has two to four years of experience within an agency or start-up.

Enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple deadlines.

Is highly organized, works well under pressure, and seeks to deliver A results.

Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.

Is open to learning new ways to analyze data, strategize campaigns, write persuasive marketing copy, and deliver on KPIs.

Enjoys plenty of opportunities to experiment and learn.

Desires professional growth with hopes of developing greater leadership/management skills.

Your Responsibilities Manage a book of business, producing results for highly competitive digital ad campaigns on Paid Search and other channels for high budget clients.

Develop and manage a team of digital advertising professionals while using and contributing to the Agency Advertising & Operations Playbook.

Conduct upfront research and media planning to determine the viability of paid media programs and potential ROI within a client’s budget and goals.

Utilize core planning functions of platforms such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Display Planner, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

to forecast potential campaign spend, audience volume, and ROI.

Create campaign briefs and proposals that include client profiles, value propositions, digital goals, budgets ROI, proposed media allocations, targeting, ad creative formats, technical needs, and launch timelines.

Contribute to and manage a campaign’s technical needs, pixel implementation, campaign setup, targeting, advertising creative, campaign quality, and more.

Monitor paid media campaigns, including expert control of advertising automation, daily bid/budget changes, and micro-optimizations to achieve desired results within agreed timelines and budgets Provide weekly and monthly client-customized reports that demonstrate KPIs by channel, campaign, ad group, and creative.

Conduct thorough reports covering specific performance areas such as demographics, behavioral segments, quality scores, search terms, ad extensions, ad placements, A/B tests, etc.

Develop advanced insights from reports and provide solutions on how to continuously optimize campaigns for KPI success and ROI performance.

Identify growth opportunities within each campaign that will increase client ROI.
