Title: Senior Product Manager
– Contact Center applications (Genysys Preferred) Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Experience in contact Center applications(Genysys Preferred) Experience in product management (5 years) Evangelize Protections product features and capabilities Understand and synthesize internal and customer needs from customer meetings, market research, analytics and competitive insights Communicate effectively with customers, partners, business, regional and technical teams Work with the larger cross-functional team to define the team’s product strategy, business strategy, operation plan and detailed roadmap Deliver opportunity assessment and product requirement documents, feature prioritization and impact justification Work hands-on with development, QA, designers, business, regions, customer service and operations teams to successfully design, build, and deploy vertical product and platform features Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable Experience working with internet technologies and e-commerce is desirable Knowledge and prior experience with risk management systems Basic understanding of SQL, data and analytics Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business related field.
Master’s degree preferred
