We are seeking a Switchgear Project Coordinator to join our Gexpro team in Anaheim, CA:
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Accumulate, prepare and distribute submittal packages.
- Accumulate, prepare and distribute owner’s manuals.
- Assist Project Managers with any other tasks as requested, including expediting, order entry, handling returns and freight claims.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with six project managers, the Operations teams and sales force.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Computer knowledge in the internet.
- Adobe 9 experience preferred.
