We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant for our client located near the Irvine Spectrum.
Great opportunity for a recent college graduate with 1-2 years of hands on corporate accounting experience.Responsibilities for the Junior Accountant:Will be responsible for AP, AR and payroll functionsHandle the daily cash processing and reconciliationsHandle credit cards and any disputesAccounts Payable
– processing invoices, check runs and vendor managementAccounts Receivable
– billing/invoicing, deposits, cash posting and reconciliationsYear end 1099’sRequirements for the Junior Accountant:BA/BS in Accounting or Finance highly desired1-2 years of hands on corporate accounting experienceStrong Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tablesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment
