Responsibilities: We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate, Heart Walk in our Dallas Division office located in Irving, TX.
If you are self-motivated, a team player, have experience in supporting/managing a busy team and excel at planning, organizing with marketing and/or design skills we want to hear from youEssential Job Responsibilities:Serve as lead for select Heart Walk sponsors to create and execute sponsorship activations.Plan and execute HW events including: pre-events, day of event and post-event celebrations.Serve as the liaison between Heart Walk Team, Communications and Events team.Adhere to AHA budgeting best practices and track budget status.Cultivation of corporate contacts via the phone and face to face.Assist with HW events including: pre-events, day of event and post-event celebrations, kick offs and more.Support the Heart Walk team with ordering supplies, data entry, reports.Responds to inquiries via email and returns phone messages.
Coordinates meetings, trainings, conferences, and seminars.Develop marketing/media collateral.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Your Experience Includes:Bachelorsdegree from an accredited university preferred.2 years of experience in project management and/or finance.Organizing,communicating, negotiating, and great interpersonal skillsResults driven with the ability to multi task, prioritize, self-start and work collaboratively with a team.Willing and able to travel within the assigned local territory approximately 25% of the time.Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
