Our suite of products and services enable our employees to help people recover from challenging life events, while providing opportunities for meaningful impact and career growth.Job DescriptionThe role of Administrative Support performs administrative work as an assistant to the the Midwest Telephonic Case Management (cost center 250-0795) Department to support the medical case management process.* Enters new referrals into the system.* Manages the incoming faxes
– reviewing the information, uploading to the system appropriately and sending to the case manager.* Faxing requests to provider’s offices and following up via phone call to provider office.* Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications* High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for education requirements.* Requires related office duties experience reporting to a manager, supervisor, or executive.* Requires effective oral and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills.* Requires working knowledge of MS Word and Excel* Prior related workers’ compensation experience preferred.* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.BenefitsWe’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self.
