Position: Contract Administrative Assistant
Location: Anaheim, CA
Longevity of assignment: 30 days but can be longer
Payrate: $20 to $25 DOE
Job Duties:
*Answering telephone, email, and social media inquiries and directing them to other employees when appropriate.
*Take pictures of company products to upload on company website.
*Typing workplace documents, including letters and reports.
*Creating and maintaining computer records.
*Maintaining paper files.
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
*Experience with content creation preferred
*Experience with all Microsoft programs
*Ability to pass background
