The focus for the Sales Support Specialist is to execute the daily administrative duties that make it possible for the sales team to focus on sales.

The specialist uses their knowledge of product and the existing and potential inventory to assist in maximizing sales results.

The Receptionist/CSR Sales Support Specialist works hand in hand with members of the sales/service teams and our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned by management.Assist sales team in processing and tracking purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicesPlace price quotes and orders Coordinate bids, projects, and shipmentsMaintain job filesProvide excellent client service Mail sample and catalog requestsMaintain and help organize sample roomOrder samples from vendors as neededAnswer phones and greet clients as they enter the showroom Order showroom supplies Other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience as receptionist or sales support.High school or GED is required.MS Office and outlook experience is preferred.

Experience with inventory, stocks, and sampling is a plus.Skills and Abilities:Very organized and have excellent client service skills.Detail oriented, work independently, and have problem solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
