Receptionist needed for construction company in Anaheim, DIRECT HIRE, $18HR.

Direct hire opening, position open due to promotion!!! California Commercial Construction/Maintenance Company is hiring a Receptionist for its Southern California headquarters in Anaheim. The Company serves big-name multi-national brand customers in the commercial construction sector. JOB TITLE: RECEPTION IST RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: •Answering phones / transferring calls to appropriate parties in the office •Greeting visitors •Office administration including filing, scanning, and data entry •Mail collection and distribution •FedEx / UPS package preparation •Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: •Minimum 2 years of reception/administration experience with high traffic, fast-paced office environment •Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word •Strong data entry skills are required •Excellent organizational and communication skills •Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously •Ability to be a self-starter, and able to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment •Strong verbal and written skills •High School diploma or equivalent Applicant must have a positive attitude and energy, good common sense and applied logic.
