Job Details

Oversee and coordinate multiple commercial and industrial projects with critical completion schedules.
Process and track change order requests and approvals, transmittals, and submittals.
Organize and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
Communicate with clients during the entire project and through the close-out process.
Requires strong attention to detail as it relates to construction standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager for industrial, commercial, and tilt-up projects. Retail experience is a huge plus.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Field Wire, Masterbuilder, Procore.
