n Job Title:E/M Assemblernn Duration: 12 Months nn Location: Anaheim California 92805. nn Job Description: nnnnThe position of an Assembly D, reporting to the Supervisor Manufacturing, is responsible for performing complex Electro-Mechanical assemblies and repairs. Assume lead responsibilities in the absence of production lead. nThis position may require soldering skills to Military specifications or ANSI-J-STD-001 in addition to mechanical/assembly skills or may require only mechanical/assembnly skills.nnThis is to be determined by the Manager/Supervisor based on the tasks and production needs.nnnnJob Requirements: n1. Select and use assembly and wiring tools such as manual, pneumatic, or electric hand tools. 2. Lift, move or manipulate heavy parts and assemblies ranging up to 50 lbs. 3. Operate various powerlifting and handling equipment ranging from hydraulic or electric lifting devices and lift tables.nn4. Utilize equipment and machinery effectively throughout the Manufacturing areas. 5. Must thoroughly understand the sequence of events and technical issues related to customer returns. Communicate effectively with Management, Quality, Test Technicians, and Engineering.nn
