Our Customer Service team is in a rapid expansion phase as a result of our client portfolio increasing this year.
The Customer Support Professional is the direct point of contact for our current customers and potential new leads.
Each Customer Support Professional will be assigned a designated territory to ensure each customer within the territory is enlightened with information and promotional offerings directly related to their needs and ensure all questions are answered sufficiently.
Our Customer Support Professional works within a team and shares the same goals and standards on a day-to-day basis.
Each Customer Support Professional has the opportunity to move up from their role into a more management-focused career opportunity if all requirements are met throughout the training.
Customer Support Professional Responsibilities: Approach each territory assigned with the willingness to engage current customers and potential new leads Study various territories and demographics to assure the promotional product offerings are fitting for potential new customers Provide your team with support and motivation to help accomplish personal, team and company goals Attend meetings regularly as well as national conferences and company business trips Check-in at the end of each day with a complete sales support tracker to your assigned Customer Service Manager Customer Support Professional Requirements: Customer Service and/or management experience with proven leadership abilities will be an asset to our team Associates and/or Bachelors degree within a relative field is preferred but not required Desire to provide the best possible customer experience to our clients and customers Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different personality types and situations as they arise with empathy and control Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Excellent communication and presentation skills Whats in it for you: Tons of growth opportunities, with the ability to make an immediate impact and mold a career in the telecommunications sector A fast-paced and fun work environment with an eclectic group of people Uncapped performance incentives Powered by JazzHR
