Schedule: Full-time Shift: Varies based on ENT Practice hours.

Location: Travel required to Hinsdale, Woodridge and Bolingbrook The role you’ll contribute: Evaluates and treats patients requiring audiologist intervention.

The value you’ll bring to the team: Performing audiologic evaluations during physician’s clinics Selecting, fitting, and managing hearing aid patients Completing hearing aid repairs for walk in and drop off patients Perform VNGs, ABRs, and newborn hearing screening follow up Fit adult and pediatric patients with hearing aids Evaluate and manage tinnitus patients Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

Educates and counsels patient and family regarding treatment plans.

Maintains clinical records and follows performance improvement recommendations.

Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.

Provides information regarding appropriate support programs.

Qualifications Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) and Illinois Audiology license.

Work experience not required BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Audiology credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
