We have over 30 outpatient behavioral health locations nestled throughout our communities located in Kern County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego County.Pathways is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a TBS Coach Bilingual in Spanish for our Program in Anaheim.

This is a part time position of 20 hours a week.

This has a 1,000.00 sign on bonus.SUMMARY OF PROGRAMMedi-Cal funded community and field-based mental health services to children/families.

Family therapy, psychological testing, and intensive in home services.

Specializing in Trauma Informed, Evidence Based Practices including TF-CBT, PCIT, Seeking Safety, and EMDR.

Medication management, indiv./group therapy, school consultation, case management, mentorship, assessment, crisis intervention, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS).DO THE FOLLOWING APPLY TO YOU?EDUCATION/LICENSING REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in human services or related field and two years related experience or four years equivalent experience.Must have two (2) years experience or education in a related fieldKnowledge and/or experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescentsExcellent prioritization and organization skills, strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work flexible schedule to meet the needs to the ProgramIntermediate level PC skills requiredMust have two (2) years experience or education in a related fieldKnowledge and/or experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescentsExcellent prioritization and organization skills, strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work flexible schedule to meet the needs to the ProgramIntermediate level PC skills requiredABOUT YOUR ROLEThe Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist Coach is responsible for providing home treatment based support services to children, adolescents and families.

This person works cooperatively with treatment care personnel and performs duties on-site with the children/adolescents.

This individual works in conjunctions with the schools, group homes, other allied professionals, families and clients to facilitate therapeutic relationships, build upon family and child’s strengths.

Teach pro-social skills and facilitate effective family and community engagement.

Works directly to improve problematic behaviors and impairments.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTSAssists client and parent/guardian during the time client has most difficulty functioningConducts interventions aimed at maximizing client’s function in, including coping and social skillsCommunicates with treatment therapist to magnify therapeutic gainsKeeps accurate, up-to-date records on clients served including contact summaries, progress notes, and support service plansAttends staff meetings and brings any issues or concerns to be added to their supervisorMaintain and ensures HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clientsAssures client’s confidentiality and safetyTransport clients to accommodate community relationships.

Use of personal car or vehicle is requiredMonthly Productivity requirement is 100 hoursMay handle as assigned of On-Call Phone / After Hours dutiesOther duties as assigned or necessary to support your department/program, office and/or the companyOffice Environment (not remote position).
