Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding process for all new hires in the organizationFocus on HR compliance and employee servicesRun various reports and transfer data to Excel and other ad-hoc needsResponsible for managing the background check process for all new hiresSupporting the HR team with other projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred but not required1 years of HR experience requiredIdeal candidate will have at least one to three years of hands-on experience with employee onboarding, HR compliance, and employee servicesSkills/Abilities
– Operational Focus:Ability to prioritize and perform daily work with minimal supervisionProvide outstanding customer service to our employeesAble to clearly articulate information across all levels of the organizationStrong Microsoft Word, Excel, and HRIS experience (ADP Workforce preferred)Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
