Responsibilities

• Manage and execute full cycle recruitment for sourcing qualified talent
• Proactively identify and source appropriate talent for open roles within the organization
• Strategically utilize methods to source passive candidates
• Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to ensure all hiring needs are known and met in a timely and efficient manner
• Have strong knowledge and understanding of the roles
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Prioritize, organize and manage workload efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in developing and executing high-volume recruiting strategies
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Expertise in recruitment best practices, interviewing, digital recruitment, and knowledge of employment law as it pertains to recruitment
• Excellent knowledge of the duties and competencies of different roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
