Job Details

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 3+ month contract located either Remote or in Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing candidates for technical openings such as DevOps, Software Engineers, and IT Support.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with hiring managers to identify top candidates
  • Promote job opportunities to make them stand out among the masses through job boards and professional networks
  • Leverage university recruiting and diverse hiring boards to reach and actively market to candidates
  • Build a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing strategies
  • Schedule interviews and handle incoming inquiries from candidates in a timely manner
  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Efficiently review resumes and conduct focused phone screens as a first point of contact
  • Proactively communicate with interviewers to gain consensus around hiring decisions
  • Present competitive offers with strong negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Technical Sourcing and Recruiting
  • A strong familiarity with technical requirements of technical positions
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and use them to create actionable intel for the recruiting team and the business that you support
