Accounts Receivable Clerk

This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted March 12, 2022.
*** This junior-level role is best for someone with 0-3 years of accounts receivable experience or experience with light bookkeeping.***
You’ll add value to the bottom line every day by:
Providing fanatical customer service by communicating with customers via phone, email, mail and monitor account details for non-payments and other irregularities
Making friendly and helpful collections calls daily as needed
Managing collection efforts and associated functions
Preparing cash receipts for processing
Updating invoice/purchase order tracking spreadsheets/track exceptions
Performing account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
Preparing and mailing daily invoices and monthly statements
Investigating and resolving queries from our Sales offices
Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
Managing sensitive information in a confidential manner
Providing support for internal and external audits
The right person for this role:
Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
0-3 years of experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, and/or customer service
Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs

MS Excel skills are preferred
Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze large sets of data
