This is a Contract position in Anaheim, CA posted February 22, 2022.
Required to be BLS Certified and be a CNA is not required but a plus.
Needs to have Activities Program Coordination Certification.
Assist the Activities Coordinator plan and execute the Scheduled Activities for the day when she is working.
Follow facility infection control practices.
Screen and provide information to the familes / Responsible parties regarding the visitation requirements per CDC, CDPH and CMS.
Assist answer phones when assigned by Charge Nurse.
Document on each resident chart the Activities for the day.
