Custodian/Porter – Part-time – GOL

AAMCI is looking for a part-time Custodian/Porter for our 100-unit elderly community in Knoxville, Tennessee.$15.00 per hour
– PART-TIME Monday-Friday 8am-12pmThe community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents.

In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Upkeep of all community groundsRemove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter dailyAssist in preparation of make ready units, including remove trashAssist maintenance team with snow removal (if applicable)Report any maintenance concerns for resolutionQualifications necessary for success:Ability to self-motivateCourteous Physically able to perform all duties required, including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoorsReliable transportation$15.00 per hour.Uniform shirts are provided for each team member.
