Electronic Engineer

The Electronic Engineer will develop new electronic hardware and microcontroller firmware designs.

Troubleshoot existing products and resolve customer issues.

We are looking for a strong Electronics Engineer to contribute at all levels of electronic hardware product development and maintenance.


  • Design of new products based on high-level requirements, including research and exploration of various technologies and documentation of technical specifications
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout design for new products
  • Prototype development, board bring-up, comprehensive testing, and debugging of new products
  • Test equipment design for Manufacturing
  • Functional verification
  • Microcontroller firmware design
  • Signal characterization
  • Quick ramp-up on current/legacy products and troubleshooting/support of customer issues
  • Creation of product support documentation including manuals and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)


  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or similar) with 3-5 years of relevant experience or other equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong skills in soldering, use of oscilloscopes, meters etc., schematic capture, and PCB layout
  • Experience using PADS and/or Altium Designer for PCB design
  • Experience using SolidWorks preferred
  • Software development skills using C, Python, or other programming language
  • Experience in programming ARM-based microcontrollers strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with common office/productivity applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage own tasks and priorities, meet project schedules, and collaborate in a team environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Traffic Engineering principles a huge plus
