Eye Level Learning Center - Anaheim Hills
After-school academic learning center in Anaheim Hills seeks assistants to support office operations, instructors, and the director.
This is a part-time, year-round position.
Requirements ✔ High School diploma✔ Proficient knowledge in math, reading, and writing✔ Excellent communication & organizational skills✔ Excellent phone, typing, and computer skills including software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.✔ Available weekday afternoons and Saturdays✔ Commitment to excellent customer service General Responsibilities ✔ Customer service – handle in-person and phone inquiries, provide appropriate literature and documents, general information about the center products, operations, and policies✔ Student check-in and check-out✔ Grading and recording✔ Prepare class material✔ General clerical duties – filing, inventory, order supply, assist instructors and the director✔ Maintain clean and neat center appearance✔ Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff✔ Attend scheduled training, conferences, and center events as needed✔ Perform other duties as assigned Hours ✔ Variable.
Regular instructional hours are Mondays through Thursdays 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm.
Hours assigned per week may vary based on center needs.
