Front Desk Associate

Purify offers personal infrared sauna and cryotherapy sessions that help promote relaxation, detoxification, pain management, weight loss, and many other health benefits. We are looking for a front desk associate to help lead our growing team and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on our health and wellness services and their benefits
• Consulting all clients in a professional, upbeat manor and maintain existing client relationships
• Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with clients
• Maintaining a clean and organized store
• Handling inventory and merchandising of retail space
• Opening/closing business responsibilities
• Daily administrative paperwork and processing billing payments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales, marketing and customer service
• Background in health, wellness and fitness
• Reliable transportation
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organized

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
