HR Generalist

Hr Generalist Job Summary We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and human resources experience to join our company as an HR Generalist. Our ideal candidate will help oversee our employee relationship management system, encourage efficient and effective performance processes, and enforce compliance with employment law and our HR policies, HRIS, ATS and payroll. You will also be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, on-boarding, company wellness program and other projects as needed. Hr Generalist Duties and Responsibilities · Assist with day-to-day operations of a human resources department · Oversee recruitment, employee relationship management, and payroll tasks · Coordinate employee development and training opportunities · Advise management on policy decisions regarding employee benefits · Ensure compliance to employment law and HR policies Hr Generalist Requirements and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field · Prior human resources experience strongly preferred, minimum of 5 years a plus · Full cycle recruiting process experience required · Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software (Oracle a plus) · Familiarity with ATS systems (Clear Company a plus) · Familiarity with Payroll processing (Zenefits a plus) · Computer proficiency, including basic word processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Visio experience a plus. · Human Resources certification desired but not required.
