Job Description:

As a Inventory Planning Specialist you will oversee the inventory for complex customer demands. You will reviewing lead times and manage inventory for Marubun’s semiconductor business. You will proactively ensure on-time delivery of products, expedite purchase orders, and cross-collborate with internal Sales and Asset teams. You will pull reports via excel and utilize strong customer services skills. This role will also be a hybrid model of in-office and remote work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and pipeline semiconductor inventory for complex customer demands
• Prepare forecasts within Oracle
• Pull reports using Excel to define lead times for product shipments
• Liaison with Asset and Sales team to assist with expediting of purchase orders
• Upload and manage the exceptions generated from Oracle processing
• Interface with Sales and Asset teams
• Provide assistance and direction to stakeholders in the supply chain process
• Eliminate inefficiencies involving the customer and/or Arrow

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent related experience
• Able to identify a problem and work through resolutions
• Strong Excel experience: Pivot Tables and/or Vlookups
• Experience with pulling and streamlining reports a plus
• Understanding of Supply Chain and forecasting models
• Positive attitude and aptitude to work within a team environment

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$28.37 – $32.84

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
