· Capability to handle multiple estimating assignments at one time.
· Capable of completing estimates in a timely manner exhibiting the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Some knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling and construction operations preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Working knowledge of MS Office Software, including Excel preferred.
