SummaryResponsible for performing a variety of administrative, office, and clerical functions.Responsibilities:Provides all coverage for the front desk reception, including rest breaks, meal breaks, and vacation days.Drafts memos and other reports as appropriate.Prepares spreadsheets and data entry.Maintains new hire calendar current and distributes as needed.New Hire Tours/Introductions.Uploading of documents in personnel files.Confidentiality and Professionalism is of the utmost importance.Will need to be able to work independently and practice good judgement.Assists employees with questions.Responsible for operating and maintaining office equipment; arranges for repairs when necessary.

Including maintenance of coffee machines and works with coffee vendor for regular scheduled visits.Inventory of all supplies in coffee room and kitchen.

Maintains/replenish levels of all items.Assist with maintenance of company intranet (announcements & directory)Water office plants bi-weekly.Weekly refrigerator clean out.Performs other administrative, office duties, or projects as required or as assigned.Work Environment:The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting.

Activities include extended periods of sitting occasional fast paced events and extensive work at a computer monitor and/or calculator.Physical Requirements:Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers.

Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.Sitting for extended periods is common.

Hearing, vision, and speaking within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect documents.No heavy lifting is expected.

Exertion of up to 10 lbs.
