Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay rate: $22.00
In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to provide world class customer care supporting each and every one of our customer’s needs to ensure a 100% satisfaction rate.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain customer account information
• Enter new orders and follow up with customers to ensure world class customer care
• Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the issue, clarifying the best solution to solve the problem and expediting a correction or adjustment
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments as needed
• Review customer account balances and create order invoices
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of working experience in a similar role
• Outstanding listening, comprehension and oral/written communication – including grammar, spelling, punctuation and writing composition skills
• Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Precise documentation skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solver with an analytical mindset
• Team player, competitive, and egoless
