Controls access to the building, screens visitors and assists in directing guests to proper destination.
Checks identification of all persons that appear to be under 21 years of age.
Explains rules and provides rule card to guests with minors.
Maintains highly visible presence and interacts with guests as much as possible.
Monitors building and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
Stays alert for reports and responds appropriately to all violations on company property.
Reports unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Provides extraordinary guest service and has the resiliency to deal with the difficult customer.
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.
Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal Back ground check.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a guest service-related field required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Must have the ability to remain calm in emergency or stressful situations.
Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
