Senior Associate- Org Insights & Change


This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted May 30, 2022.

Values development of people through collaborating, providing two-way feedback creating energy and cultivating a safe environment for colleagues to share, create, learn, develop and thrive.**Criteria/Role Expectations****Sales**+ Use data, research, and insights to support new business opportunities, contribute to the design of integrated solutions to solve each clients unique need and help convert leads into profitable sales.**Delivery**+ Use our advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to administer surveys and other employee listening services for our clients in areas such as leadership alignment and performance, rewards optimization, culture alignment, workforce wellbeing, safety, risk orientation and engagement.+ Provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments.+ Partner with EX Architects/Strategists to develop consulting strategy.+ Participate on and help guide the delivery team; partner with team members to review work, provide guidance and insight.+ Provide overall project management throughout the delivery phase sharing accountability for overall success.+ Track and execute on contractual commitments for effective financial management and business success.+ Contribute to the learning and development of team members through on-the-job feedback.+ Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, new tools and approaches.**The Requirements**+ 5-7 years business experience contributing to sales and implementing creative and pragmatic strategies to align employee priorities with business strategy+ Ability to draw on a combination of advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients+ Experience as a social science practitioner, in areas such as employee engagement, leadership alignment and performance, rewards optimization, culture alignment, workforce well-being, and safety culture+ Experience facilitating, coaching and mentoring teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for a project(s)+ Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges+ Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way+ Availability to travel on an as-needed basis+ Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills+ A post-graduate degree (i.e., Masters, PhD) in the social/behavioral sciences is preferred but not required provided equivalent industry experience**_WTW may be subject to mandatory employment-related COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
