Role Summary/Purpose You will drive the production release of both RF and power products that utilize this innovative MEMS ohmic switch technology. In this role, you will be the lead engineer ensuring technical attainment of all qualification requirements and a timely release-to-production. You will be a core member of the New Product Introduction Team (NPI) and work across the entire company organization. You will directly impact critical Roadmaps and support new technology developments. Projects will encompass characterization, packaging, thermal / mechanical considerations, assembly, test strategy, test software and hardware development, data analysis, reliability testing, root cause problem solving, and technical dispositioning. Essential Responsibilities This is a hands-on role and key responsibilities include: Characterization and reliability stress testing of both die and module level products. Timely qualification and production launch. Data analysis, dispositions, and associated reports. Deployment of a comprehensive test capabilities that ensures compliance to spec. Drive advancements in DFT and DFM methodologies. Work with the Technology Team to develop and validate new technologies, device structures, and design rules. Provide feedback into next gen product specifications and development. Qualifications/Requirements BS or MS in electrical engineering with a minimum 5 years of experience. In depth understanding of device characterization and qualification requirements. Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and debug test capabilities. Experience using sound DOE practices. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Willingness to travel up to 20% of time. Excellent communication skills. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Desired Characteristics Industrial experience in MEMS device design and manufacturing. A critical problem solver and innovator. Experience with RF device test and test systems. Experience with RF package technologies. A working understanding of MEMS or Semiconductor device fabrication. Demonstrated ability to investigate, find root cause, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
