In other words, we get to hear directly from the customers when they are pleased with the service provided.

Drivers license/clean driving record (required for a company vehicle) Experience in power washing is a plus.

Must be friendly and customer service oriented with good communication skills.

Employee must keep their appearance clean, along with their worksite.

Worksite and vehicle will be organized at all times.

Employee must be reliable, honest, and speak English fluently.

Employee must have smart phone and ability to use apps.

ABOUT PRESTIGE WINDOW CLEANING: We provide a higher in-service than many of our competitors.

Our customers expect/deserve a higher standard of service because that is what they are paying for.

We need team members with window cleaning experience that are ready to learn our procedures and hone their skills.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN OUR TEAM: A successful team member not only pays attention to detail, follows our step-by-step guidelines, but also works hard in a fast-paced environment.

As a team member you can expect to be on your feet all day, at times on a ladder, working at a consistent fast pace.

A team member must be comfortable working outdoors and sweating.

We are professionals and aim to impress our customers.

PAY STRUCTURE: Training starts at $16 per hour plus tips ($10 – $100 per day is common) Fully trained techs have the opportunity to earn an additional 15% commission on top of hourly and tips.

Once trained you may be assigned a helper to mentor.

Fast learners/hard workers can finish training in two weeks with having previous experience.

Service techs who work hard/efficiently have the opportunity to take on more work and profit from commission.

A beginner may only make $600 in a week but an experienced professional, on their game, can clear $2000 per week.

WE PROVIDE: Shoe covers, necessary equipment and towels that you are responsible for keeping track of/maintaining/washing.

Vehicle you are responsible to keep clean and organized.

Fuel Insurances to protect everyone including our customers such as liability, Worker’s Compensation and vehicle insurance although you may be held responsible for a deductible if lack of attention or carelessness result in a claim.
