This is fueled by our belief in treating our people, our supply partners, our customers and our environment with the trust and respect we each require, and our passion to give back to our community for our success.nRead more about our philosophy at: http://www.daikin.com/about/corporate/philosophy/index.htmlnAAF International is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran.nPostion Objective:nResponsible for successfully executing the annual goals and objectives of the Sales & Marketing plan in the assigned region, for the Environmental Products Aftermarket business.nxc2xa0nKey Responsibilities:nStrategicn Execute annual goals and objectives of the Sales & Marketing plan for EP business unit, within assigned region, to suit AAF growth plan.n Successfully completes assigned tasks from individual annual action plans from management.n Develop relationships with new and existing customers through telephone discussions and occasional face-to-face introductions.n Assist regional sales managers with aftermarket sales activities, to exceed regional bookings and sales goals.xc2xa0n Serves as key member of the aftermarket sales team for EP North America, with responsibility for sales of aftermarket parts.nOrder Developmentn Serves as regional contact for EP aftermarket inquiries from existing or potential customers and provides quotations and sales support as necessary.n Solicit sales of the organizationxe2x80x99s aftermarket parts products & services by contacting new and existing customers.n Works directly with the Aftermarket Outbound Telemarketing team to follow-up on new leads/opportunities.n Supports EP aftermarket sales promotions and marketing programs for assigned region.n Maintain strong, accurate and current aftermarket sales pipeline for the region, within SalesForce.n Works closely with customer service and other key departments i.e.

engineering and sourcing, to develop quotations.n Responsible for quality of purchase order documents and associated information required for the order-entry process.n May be required to negotiate pricing, as well as order terms and conditions to help close the sale.n Product Parts Researchn Ability to research product drawings and other computer records to obtain correct part identification, to meet customer needs.n Works closely with other departments to develop sourcing, pricing and technical data needed for final quotation.n Sales Rep Interactionn Communicates regularly with the external regional sales managers, to ensure team success.n Provide reps with pricing strategies and competitive information to ensure sales success.n Support reps training on AAF aftermarket products, sales processes and any supporting tools.n Works with sales management to determine best way to divide region by market or product to suit growth plans.n Business Developmentn Works with reps, end-users, OEMxe2x80x99s and engineers to get products specified in future projects or specifications.n Participates in technical and commercial discussions with customers.n Focus on strategic xe2x80x9cKey Marketsxe2x80x9d for new aftermarket opportunities.n Reports on customers, competitors and regional news that may help or affect aftermarket sales in the assigned region.n Occasionally attend trade shows, conferences and sales meetings as requested by sales management.n Othern Maintains AAF system pricing and product configurator for aftermarket products.n Other duties as assigned.nxc2xa0nKey Process Indicators Owned:n Aftermarket quotation response timen Quality yield of purchase order documentsn Regional Bookings, Sales & Marginsn Weekly Activity Reportn SalesForce Accuracy and Aging for Leads and Opportunitiesn Other Department Bowling Charts as assignednxc2xa0nTechnical Requirements:n Experience in industrial air cleaning or similar technical products businessn Familiarity with the application of air pollution control (particulate) equipmentn Must exhibit the following core competencies:n Communication skillsn Problem analysis and solvingn Strategic thinking and planningn Organizational and planning skillsn Judgmentn Attention to detailn Negotiating skillsn Creativityn Team playern Stress tolerancen Customer orientationn Presentation skillsn Technical depth around mechanical equipmentnxc2xa0nKnowledge/Experience:n Strong communication skills (verbal and written)n Strong interpersonal skillsn Excellent computer skills (especially in MS Office).n Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.n Excellent organizational skillsn Travel may be required (estimated <5%)n Desiredn Experience working with current sales representative networkn Previous experience working in Inside Salesnxc2xa0nEducation Requirement:nxc2xa0nAssociates Degree or Bachelors Degree with suitable technical experience strongly preferred.nxc2xa0nxc2xa0nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
