We are seeking a Sales Ops Analyst, Data & Systems to join our successful sales team.

This position requires an operations professional who has a track record in successful collaboration and business partnership with sales leaders and possesses a unique blend of analytical, process and strategic thinking capabilities.

This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Manage and maintain sales and marketing data in Hubspot, Webflow, and other software programs Build out weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track growth team process Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes Own between 7-12 weekly “data hygiene jobs” such as auditing commissions and new inputted leads for the week (20-30 min each) to ensure our sales data is accurate Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organization Support sales and deals teams to ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of acquisition process Champion of our core data system to ensure process adherence and data accuracy and integrity.

Ensure sales processes and policies are clearly communicated and being followed Coordinate with cross-functional teams to influence roadmap for enhanced business intelligence and CRM tools to support the business Create and maintain Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material Assist with the on-boarding and training process of new Sales Representatives Monitor Hubspot CRM data hygiene and update data as necessary Monitor internal database data hygiene and update as necessary Partner with internal business partners to develop analysis that lead to impactful insights Establish and maintain on-going and effective communication with field sales representatives and management.

Handle projects of small to moderate scope and small to moderate complexity with minimal supervision.

Other projects and duties as assigned What We’re Looking For 3 years CRM admin experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics or Pipedrive) Certification in a major CRM system (Salesforce ADMN 201, Hubspot Certification, etc) Simple understanding of SQL / Database / CRM theory Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (Computer science, Data, Math, Systems) preferred Expertise with analytical packages to suggest and build executive reports, that utilize all available data, for leadership to make better decisions (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Attention to detail Our Benefits And Perks We take care of you Employee benefits start on day 1 and include Multiple affordable health insurance options Dental and vision insurance Parental leave 401k plan (Roth and pre-tax) Generous paid time off Flexible spending
