Overview: Starting compensation is $35 per hourHealthcare and PTO for FTJoin exciting organization that keeps expandingDynamic and supportive staff with low turnover rateFulfilling work helping recovering addictsMust possess at least a valid CADC II, CATC II, or SUDCC II About: The Lead Case Manager works in conjunction with all Case Managers and to provide comprehensive case management services to our clients recovering from addiction.

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Lead Case Manager is responsible for the direction and coordination of the Case Managers.

This position is responsible for ensuring coverage each day for all essential functions and obligations.

The Lead CM will work with the Operations Director to provide program scheduling and tracking for the team.

This position also performs the essential functions of the Case Manager, as needed, with an assigned caseload.

Responsibilities Oversees coordination of client needs and works in collaboration with client and primary therapist in treatment/discharge planning and goals, identifying additional needed support services including educational, vocational, legal, recreational, mental health and social servicesCompletes and maintains all documentation of services deliveredEnsures cohesion of services documented within client files, and assists with compliance in DHCS and Joint Commission standardsKeeps a schedule of consistent case management sessions with clientsComplies with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulationsFacilitates group counseling sessionsCollaborates with members of the treatment team to ensure effective delivery of a full spectrum of clinical and social servicesAttends and participates in weekly treatment team meetingsParticipates in staff meetings when appropriate Requirements: Must be able to accurately document all services provided to clientsAbility to develop excellent rapport with clientsMust be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust have the ability to coordinate a continuum of treatment / services for clientsMust have a high school diploma or equivalent.Must be certified with CAADE, CCAPP or CADTP Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
