Branch Manager – Orange County

Position Summary:  The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong leadership experience in leading a branch pest management or any other route based businesses, staffing, training, administration (i.e. deposits, collections, onboarding, payroll, licensing), delivering quality customer service, organization and meeting/measuring operational targets. In addition, branch managers are expected to help elevate employees and overall performance of the branch through employee retention and customer retention.

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • $55,000 – $75,000 dependant on experience and licensing

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper staffing is achieved to meet branch and routing needs for new and existing clientele base 

  • Establish best practices at branch level training for both service managers and service specialists, by utilizing Hawx best practices and approved service protocols 

  • Administrative responsibilities: onboarding new hires, payroll review, ensure branch licensing and permits are up to date and active 

  • Cross functional collaboration with other branch managers, management and operations team to share best practices

  • Provide effective team communication through check in’s and meeting with Service Managers

  • Customer service and experience:  track route completion and efficiency of services, support branch google and online reviews, and manage NPS detractors and close the loop on any customer complaints through collaboration with the team

  • Maintain branch cleanliness and safety precautions to ensure a safe workplace and environment 

  • Coordinate with fleet management and branch leadership team to keep all service vehicles updated and in good standing condition 

  • Manage branch inventory and follow Hawx approved product list for chemicals and equipment 

  • Meet operational KPI’s: customer retention, service completion, callback rates, etc

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent

  • College degree preferred, but not required.  Experience in the pest management industry or other route & consumer service based industry to offset education 

  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license

  • Pass required background check and drug screening

  • Leadership experience as service supervisor ready to advance, or have branch manager experience with a route based services company.
