Category & Market Analytics Manager


This is a Full-time position in Anaheim, CA posted April 23, 2022.

The position is responsible for working with purchasing, marketing and sales to driving sales through category planning and execution of strategic marketing plans, as well as, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, sourcing and procure products to ensure customer needs are met.

Working in a team environment you are responsible for these key areas:
Be an expert in the respective categories; including market pricing, and competitive product analysis.
Define new and existing product category strategy and roadmap
Product/Packaging design, quality control and product development
In depth knowledge of basic and advanced data processing tools, data base and data analysis
Develop sales tools and work with sales to improve them
Be an expert with respect to Competitor analysis
Be the expert in the respective category and training sales on assigned category
Required experience and knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline-oriented
Must have strong analytical skills
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to work independently within a team environment
Prior experience preferred
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to change direction quickly and often
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Some Travel Required.
