The Director, AI Technology is responsible for directing the delivery of moderately complex AI and/or Digital products initiatives that optimize the value of artificial intelligence across the enterprise while enabling business needs including improving service and driving adoption of AI and analytics across the enterprise.

Has oversight for enterprise-wide AI and/or Digital initiatives and products.

How you will make an impact: Planning, directing, and controlling teams of resources and initiatives to drive and deliver AI objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management.

Responsible for the planning and execution of company-wide efforts and goals and the ability to manage to budgetary constraints.

Directs teams with various capital and/or level of responsibility and complexity that is broad in scope.

Oversees budget development and management of those budgets.

Establishes processes, sets objectives, and defines requirements in order to meet business goals.

Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders.

Partners with customers in order to understand new products requirements.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years experience providing leadership and or leading teams or projects while demonstrating technical expertise in several specific technologies required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Experience in leading engineering aspects of ModelOps, data, or building AI Solutions.

5 years Familiarity with cloud platform technologies AWS, GCP, or Azure 3 years Hands-on experience in programming languages like Java, Python, or Scala 5 years Experience with Big Data / Hadoop / Spark / Hive / NoSQL database engines (i.e., MongoDB, Cassandra or HBase) 3 years Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques 2 years Experience leading and growing teams.

5 years Exposure to the Healthcare industry (data and use cases) is highly desirable Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively at every level of the organization Strong influencing and executive communication skills Demonstrates ability to lead and work in a matrix organization structure Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and accommodate multiple time zones Experience as a program leader including but not limited to business case development through final implementation is highly desirable.

Experience with leading delivery teams, large codebases, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
