Job Title: Director of Insurance Programs (CORE Team)

Job Summary
American Technologies, Inc.
(ATI)—a national leader in restoration, environmental remediation and reconstruction—is seeking a Director of Insurance Programs to manage and oversee the daily operations of our company’s managed repair business.
As part of ATI’s CORE team, y ou and your team will be required to support all 20 offices nationwide to ensure we are aligning and complying with our client’s requirements.
The individual is responsible for overall operations of the Insurance Program , including but not limited to : operations, administration, and sales.
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Identify and targeting areas in which the business can improve operation al efficiencies.
- Work directly with all (20) offices to ensure compliance with client S ervice L evel A greements (SLAs) .
- Work with internal and external teams to streamline operational processes , increase effectiveness, grow lead count, and increase win ratios, revenue and profits .
- Growing and managing a centralized team to handle the day-to-day program claims business.
- Mentoring Regional Office teams to ensure alignment an d compliance with client requirements
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and support each office to perfor m at the highest level s .
- Establish KPI’s for program teams to monitor productivity and determine areas of non-compliance wit hin each Regional Office .
- Develop , implement and maintain Standard Operations Procedures.
- Provide weekly and monthly compliance reports to include action planning .
- Conduct regular meetings with clients (Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Sedgwick, etc.) to ensure company is performing to their expectations and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and implement “Best Practices” as required .
- Develop and manage Corrective Action Plans for underperforming Regional Offices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry business experience.
- Experience working in the insurance restoration
- Examples of previous or existing job titles of qualified candidates may include: branch manager, regional manager, vice president, president, chief operating officer, program manager, district manager, director, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to align project teams with client requirements while achieving high ratings/scores
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Solid business acumen
- Excellent time , project, and program management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
