IT Director

Job DescriptionWe are a leading Media & Entertainment company and we are passionate for what we do.

We are searching for a IT Director join us.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe chosen candidate will manage IT for the Latin American business that forms part of AMC Networks International.

To oversee day to day IT end user services, including desktop support and various business applications.

Delivery of various IT projects on time and to budget.

To liaise effectively with other IT teams who provide various centralized services as well as colleagues within Latin America and across AMC Networks.

Additional secondary role overseeing mechanical and electrical facilities for the Miami head office of 20 individuals.Requirements
•IT technical experience in terms of end user Microsoft desktops, servers and networking.

Management of a small IT function, including liaising with users, managing vendors, delivering IT projects and setting / controlling budgets.
•Minimum of 5 years IT experience, 2 in IT management
•Extensive interpersonal skills that allow for strong relationships with both the IT team and users throughout the organization.

Including the ability to work with senior Executives and those under time / work pressure.

Effective influencing and stakeholder management are key.
