Project Manager

We are currently seeking a solid result driven team member to assist in our construction cleaning division in Los Angeles & Orange, CA by providing operational leadership. To assist in operations, making key decisions on business development, cost management and profitability, resource management, staffing needs, safety, teamwork, and culture for all aspects of the division. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Dispatching crew members
• Managing the execution of work in the field to be the most efficient in the industry
• Proactive leadership and direction to maintain the highest level of quality on every project
• Preparing and reviewing budgets and evaluating historical production rates against actuals to provide guidance to project teams daily
• Reviewing job costs, making site visits, quality control walks etc.
• Mentoring, developing, and managing project teams
• Providing initiative-taking leadership in safety: following the company’s safety culture, practices, procedures, and heading up safety planning and efforts
• Demonstrate problem solving ability
• Provide a vision and path to achieve long-term goals and to work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Setting goals and expectations, then managing and mentoring others to those goals and expectations
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Ability to travel; this is not strictly an office job, and the work will require interaction with the field at various projects throughout Southern California (LA, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, & Riverside)
• Develop an understanding of the project manager’s fiscal responsibilities, role, and actively manage 50% of LA/OC branches existing projects within 3 months
• Reports directly to Construction Final Cleaning Division Manager
