Position Overview

Our project managers are essential to the support of our customers and enable stakeholders to see the progress and timelines of projects.

You will be part of a team that tracks multiple sales projects and department initiatives.

We have structured project management programs where you ill interact with proactive sales staff, system design engineers, and management on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage department initiatives and sales projects in real-time
• Create and facilitate scheduled meetings to extract information and keep projects on track
• Drive the creation of processes and adoption of tools to enhance and facilitate project communication
• Propose updates to existing processes to enhance the effectiveness
• Create and update existing documentation of processes used within the department
• Create and facilitate re-occurring scrum meetings with Technical and Sales Teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years project management experience
• Ability to understand and monitor scheduled timelines
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings
• Able to interpret and enforce policies and procedures throughout the duration of the project
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques such as planning, daily scrum, review, and retrospective,
• Team player with the ability to work well in a fast-paced professional environment
• Experience with Kanban
• Experience with Agile Transformation
• Experience with Atlassian’s JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP) is a plus
